I have always believed that everyone has the potential to succeed in their career and life projects, which is why I chose to become a mentor. With over 30 years in early childhood education, I have helped thousands of teachers enhance their practices, guiding them in boosting their confidence, developing their skills, and taking responsibility for their future choices.

Before becoming a manager at South Miami Hospital Early Learning Center, I gained extensive leadership and mentorship experience, including roles as a principal in the Public School System in Argentina, a consulting teacher, and a Curriculum Specialist.

Despite these incredible experiences, I will always be a teacher at heart. I spent 20 years in the classroom, serving as a preschool teacher in a Head Start Program and at Baptist Hospital ELC, and as an elementary school teacher, teaching second through fifth grades in Mendoza, Argentina.

My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education, an Associate in science in Elementary Education, and a High Scope Teacher Certification. My educational philosophy is grounded in the belief that everyone can learn when provided with a positive and safe learning environment, a dedicated and focused educational team, an encouraging community, and a supportive family.

I am committed to creating a supportive and safe space for my mentees to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and grow. I believe that mentorship is not just about providing answers but about empowering individuals to think critically and develop self-confidence.

I was inspired to join BLI  because of the culture and values of the system, and I am grateful for this mentorship opportunity and to call BLI home.
