Myrna Wright is the founder, owner, and educator of J’BEAR Learning Center, a Licensed Large family home childcare business for the past 7 years. It is in the historic Springfield area of Jacksonville, FL. 

She is a bachelor’s degree registered nurse for over 25+ years practicing bedside nursing in med/surg, labor & delivery, post trauma, and home care nursing. She also served as Director of Nursing in several long-term healthcare facilities for 9 years. 

Since opening her childcare business in 2016 she has earned her CDA, Director’s Credential, and an Associate of Arts degree in childcare management. Her childcare home is 5 stars rated through Guiding Stars of Duval. Myrna serves as an ELC mentor for family engagement.  She owes the rest of her credentials to the BLI Masterclass, upon completing the masterclass she is now accredited through NAFCC and is a gold seal quality childcare home. Myrna is a CLASS observer and NAFCC accreditation observer, BLI mentor and accreditation coach and a Family childcare home certified mentor. Her main objectives are to make sure her children are ready for kindergarten academically, socially, and behaviorally. Myrna currently serves at the president of the family childcare association of Jacksonville.

She has been married to Michael for 30 years, they have five adult children and 10 grandchildren.
