Mrs. April D. Graham is an Author, Administrator, Boss, Investor, Founder, Coach, and Consultant. However, Mrs. Graham’s peers inquire about the likelihood of her success considering the odds stacked against her. She is a first-generation college student who endured poverty, parental drug and alcohol addiction, molestation, rejection, abandonment, sexual and physical abuse, bankruptcy, foreclosure, divorce, and a dying spouse. She had little support and even fewer resources to help her achieve success. Therefore, she persevered and discovered that she was gifted at overcoming obstacles and bouncing back from setbacks. Which is why she made it a mission to coach ladies to lead and soar through adversity!

April D. Graham worked for the Miami-Dade County Public Schools for over twenty-two years. She began as a Teacher Assistant, became a teacher, and then advanced to the position of Assistant Principal, was eligible to become a Principal, but instead resigned to establish her preschool academy. America’s Little Leaders Academy, often referred to as “the perfect little preschool” by parents, has been in operation for nearly 12 years. The preschool academy embodies excellence and achievement, which are the program’s core values. 

Also, Mrs. Graham founded America’s Leading Ladies Academy, a 501(c)(3) organization, and subsequently launched the Levolution Coaching program. In her coaching program, she has proven success strategies and resources that will transform the lives of ladies who are ready to reach their fullest potential. Her NO nonsense, NO excuses, and won’t accept NO for an answer approach to helping you “break free” has empowered many women to push through to their breakthrough! She holds four college degrees, owns and operates a successful childcare business, is a John Maxwell Coach, and is a best-selling author. Currently, she is a Ph.D. candidate in Education and Organizational Leadership and has received numerous awards and distinctions in the field of education.
