Arleen Lambert is a highly accomplished Coach, Early Child Consultant, Keynote Speaker, and Social Entrepreneur. With over two decades of experience owning and managing a thriving family childcare home program, she now serves as the CEO of Early Education Link. Her extensive experience in early childhood education and her leadership skills enable her to provide a range of early childcare services to help other childcare owners grow and succeed.  

Arleen Lambert’s unwavering dedication to early childhood education and leadership is evident in her numerous significant roles. She is the president of the Florida Family Child Care Home Association, a state representative for The National Association for Family for Child Care, and the Miami-Dade PTSA Early Childhood Office. Her influence extends to the Miami Dade College School of Education’s Early Childhood Education Advisory Committee and Education’s Early Childhood Education Advisory Committee.  

As a Facilitator and Accreditation Specialist for The Business Leadership Institute, Mrs. Lambert helps early childcare business owners manage and scale their businesses using the BLI mission and core value system through master class sessions. Her expertise also extends to assisting family home business owners in acquiring Gold Seal designation using the Accreditation Made Simple “The Turn Key Experience.”  

A solid educational foundation underpins Arleen Lambert’s professional journey. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Child Development, a concentration in Infants/Toddlers, and a master’s degree in educational leadership from the University of North Florida. Her commitment to continuous learning is further demonstrated through her certifications as a Certified Florida Family Child Care Mentor, a Second Helping Trainer the Trainer, and The National Association For Family Child Care Quality Ambassador.
