Arleen Lambert

I am the owner of Arleen’s home daycare Inc where I provide high-quality childcare services to r children and families in the community. Am also the CEO of Early Education Link a non-profit origination that support families with economical stability through education and services.

Arleen Lambert is a successful Coach, Consultant, Speaker and Social Entrepreneur. She can be describe as purposeful, determined a self-start, problem solver, team play and leader. She is the CEO of Arleen’s Home Daycare Inc. As a childcare owner, she believes is operating a high-quality childcare program. Her childcare program is NAFCC Accredited and is a level five on the Office of Early Learning Performance Funded Program. As an educator, she is passionate about maintaining high- quality childcare services for children and provides childcare training to teach educations on best practices on operating childcare program management and effective staff relationships. As a founder of Early Education Link she creates programs that facilitate the needs of children and family throughout South Florida. Ms. Lambert is currently a certified Pathfinder, CDA Professional Development Specialist, National Association for Family Child Care Association, Train the Accredited Trainer and has written and presented training for the United Way’s Center for Excellence, Early Childhood Program Administrators’ Institute and conferences throughout Florida. Arleen is a current mentor for The Business Leadership Institute.

Ms. Lambert holds a Bachelor in Science in Child Development with a concentration in Preschool and Infants/Toddlers and is currently perusing a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership at the University of North Florida. Ms. Lambert is affiliated with South Florida Home Child Care Association as the Public Relations Officer and serves on Miami Dade College School of Education’s Early Childhood Education Advisory Committees and the City of Miami Gardens Healthy Eating Sub- Council Committee.
