Hello everyone, my name is Arlene Wetmore, and I am the lead program mentor with the Business Leadership Institute for Early Learning.   I became a member of the BLIEL, upon completion of my cohort in 2020 and started mentoring in the fall of the same year.  

My early learning career spans across a period of thirty years.    I have been fortunate to serve as a teacher, administrator, and center director.  Over the years, I have also held several board and committee positions with various early learning associations locally and throughout the state.   

Mentoring gives me the ability to share my love of all things early learning with owners, directors, and those who are just starting in the business.  It is my belief that when we collectively work together for the common goal of strengthening our industry, then the children in our care will have a solid future.
