Carlos M. Garcia is the Small Business Segment Consultant for Wells Fargo’s South Florida region. He is responsible for supporting 24 Wells Fargo branches that have dedicated Senior Small Business Specialists to help our small businesses grow and succeed financially.

A 14-year veteran in financial services, Garcia previously served as Retail and Small Business Segment Consultant in Wells Fargo’s Southeast Florida market. He began his career as a Financial Specialist for Wachovia Bank in 2006, and served in other roles throughout his career as a Business Relationship Manager, and District Manager.

A South Florida native, Garcia is very active in the community. He is a member of the Miami Chamber of Commerce and recent alumni of their Leadership Miami program. He also engages in volunteering in the Small Business Community. He has engaged in financial education programs with the Business Leadership Institute for early learning, who also collaborates with Florida International University; focused on empowering small business owners in the early childhood education industry to start, run and grow their early learning centers.

He is a graduate of Florida International University and is fluent in Spanish.
