My name is Cristelle Deale a longtime resident of Boynton Beach, Florida. I am a small business owner of the Real Deale Props & More, a newly launched business where I create 2D & 3D props with recycled materials and many other things. I enjoy gospel music, kick boxing, reading inspirational books, serving in ministry, and most importantly educating young children.

Cristelle began this love for Early Childhood volunteering in Elementary Education helping children with special needs, later worked as an aftercare counselor, and in various learning centers including KinderCare Learning Center with all ages. Her journey continued working in two different Head Start programs for several years, Florence Fuller Child Development Center & Village Academy Head Start then transitioned over to Village Academy Elementary has taught Kindergarten & 1^st grade, as well as a substitute teacher grades K-5. Cristelle has an Associate Degree in Education, a Bachelor’ Degree in Early Care & Education, a Master’s in Educational Leadership, and has the Director’s Credential. She is a member of NAEYC, SECA, has graduated in 2019 from the Business Leadership Institute and she has become a mentor in 2020. All the experiences have provided Cristelle with a wealth of knowledge about Early Childhood and Child Development. She  has observed how Head Start operates on a daily basis and has firsthand knowledge about how the Elementary school system works with enrollment, IEP’s, & 504 plans, observation forms, various programs that collaborate  within the school system, such as ESOL programs for students and parents, SAC program etc. With this vast wealth of knowledge (over 25 years’ experience) in Early Childhood and the BLI program she will open The Real Deale Learning Center soon.
