Mrs. Kiani Richardson is a dedicated entrepreneur and mother of two boys, Andres and Diego. She holds a degree in Math with a minor in Education from the University of Puerto Rico and is a member of the Golden Key International Honor Society. In 2016, Mrs. Kiani founded her school, expanding it from 15 to 45 children with the support of the Business Leadership Institute (BLI). In 2022, she and her husband opened an auto shop, further expanding their entrepreneurial endeavors. As a BLI mentor since January 2024, she enjoys helping small business owners, especially in the child care industry. In her personal time, Mrs. Kiani loves cooking with her children, reading, and spending time with her family.
