Loida Montero is a child care practitioner with over three decades of experience, including 15 years as a child care manager in South Florida. 

Sheridan Technical College awarded her Florida accreditations in Early Childhood Education and Preschool Management upon graduation. She previously earned a Graphic Design and Advertising degree at Universidad APEC in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. 

Since 2015, she has been involved in mentoring childcare entrepreneurs at the Business Leadership Institute for Early Learning, demonstrating her commitment to the field. Participants at these events describe her as lively, accessible, and resourceful.
