Russell’s passion for early childhood education can be traced back to the birth of his first child in 2000.  Before moving from England in 2001, Russell had worked in various management positions in customer service and sales, before emigrating to the USA and purchasing a preschool in Florida.  Russell has served on the board of his local Early Learning Coalition, is a mentor in the Business Leadership Institute for Early Education and works with The Children’s Movements’ – The Future Project
