Stephanie Searles, a female solo entrepreneur, who is the founder and owner of Study to Show Learning Academy, LLC. She is also the proud owner of a tutoring, notary, CPR and First Aid, photography and coaching/consulting company.  All of these businesses work hand in hand to provide high quality services in the industry of early childhood education. Since becoming licensed in 2010, she has gone above and beyond and became nationally accredited  through NAFCC, or National Association for Family Child Care, in 2011. In addition, her family childcare home has also received several other awards through quality  initiative programs such as: the Gold Seal Quality Care Program of Florida in 2011, 5 stars in the  Guiding Stars of Duval Program since 2012, and a score of higher than 5 on the Classroom Assessment  Scoring System, or CLASS Assessment.  

She prides herself on continuing her education in the field of early childhood education to better  benefit the children that she serves. Before starting a family child care business, Stephanie spent many  years as a teacher in the private school sector. After a successful teaching career and helping students  and parents develop a love for learning, she is continuing that journey in early childhood education.  She is also an Alumni of FSCJ completing an Associate of Science in Early Childhood Management in  2017.  

Stephanie strives for excellence, and it shows. She has furthered her career and added mentoring, coaching and consulting in the world of Early Childhood Education to her resume in 2022.  

She is also now the proud and humble owner of Safe and Sound Coaching & Consulting. Stephanie has  2 daughters: one in college pursuing a degree in business and working in and on her own location  business, Krowned by Kamiyah. The younger daughter is a homeschooled apprentice to both, me and  Kamiyah, presently considering pre law, also…helping wherever there’s a need in any and all the  businesses.  

Additionally, and when Stephanie isn’t working in or on a business, for her, her daughters or her  clients. Stephanie enjoys dancing, traveling, spending time with family, eating, being pampered,  catered to and relaxing. She understands success requires an individual to support a healthy work-life  balance and she does just that.
